- We have been tenants since Shepherd (Prime's predecessor) first opened and have had no real problems. Our trailers have been parked outside and, when we were placed next to a very long trailer and could not get out, the employees changed our site so we could maneuver better. We have parked in wrong spots when there was snow on the ground and the customer service woman would call and nicely ask us to move when convenient. We have had no problems with storing our trailer there and especially appreciate the kind and helpful employees who work there. The price has gone up considerably since we first began renting our space and the fact that there is no discount for yearly payments any longer was disappointing; however, we still feel that the convenience is worth it.
