- I had reserved the unit for a Saturday and forgot all about it until about an hour before closing. I got there 20 minutes until closing and the employee wasn't annoyed and super friendly and helpful. So much better than where I was before with hand carts, not being150 degrees inside, the parking lot was in good condition, $110.00 cheaper than my old place, and the whole checkout process took about 15 minutes to complete paperwork. Would recommend to anyone.
