- Jessica is fantastic at her job and the whole office staff including Samantha and the invisible guy are good-natured and welcoming. Brand new building . Spotless. I hope it stays like it is now. Not a reflection on the location, but the other fees and administration charges mentioned on the site when you are picking your unit include a mandatory insurance fee that doubles the initial $26 payment and gets added to the monthly rent that you get quoted on the site. You will be questioned thoroughly on what you plan to put in your unit.
