- I was surprised by how easy it was to procure the unit online. Also, the ceiling height of each unit is more than desirable. On the other hand, I was equally surprised about some safety issues present; traveling between units in my vehicle was almost scary; every corner is blind. I would encourage management to install mirrors on the corners of each building, to allow for customers to see oncoming traffic. Also, the main gate lifts up over top of your vehicle, to enter the facility; if the hydraulics ever failed while going through the gate......it would not be good. There are designed safety hazards that make me a little wary each time I go to my unit. Overall, convenient location, good bang for your buck and super clean.

- I arrived at 9:40 and the sign said it closes at 10pm. Great! I looked up my gate code and typed it in and it was wrong. I tried and tried to no avail (even went through all the emails sent to me). I finally found the 1-800 number around 9:50-9:55 and after holding for a bit, told them what was going on and sure enough, the email had the wrong code. They gave me the code only to say it's 10 now so you can't get in. They couldn't get me in or make an exception so instead of driving the 3 hours home, I had to get a hotel so I could go back in the morning. Facility is clean and secure and a good value but I'm out the cost of a hotel because of a mistake by them.
