- We needed a temporary place to house some things while we sold our home. The unit we got was clean and easy to access, although we are in the very back of the building so there is some maneuvering and an elevator ride to our unit. The elevator was out of service twice when we attempted to bring stuff to our unit (now it is operational again), but having only 1 elevator for the entire building is a downside. We have had countless payment issues - they have finally been resolved - but every month for 3 months I was on the phone with someone new regarding our account and why our payment method had not been updated. That was beyond frustrating, to say the least. However, the people I spoke with did their best to resolve the issues, and finally I believe they are. Overall this storage unit is a very convenient location and we have never had a problem getting enough carts for our stuff.
