I had already set up a drop off location, but to make it easier for me, Ricky, made a few calls and I was able to drop off at the same location as my storage unit. - This is a great place to rent. I was a little confused at the car overnight in the parking lot but not my place. Sad that the unit I rented has a chunk of space taken up by a shaft that I can do nothing about. I believe there should be a different rate for this unit since I am not getting all the space I am paying for. Overall, I am happy with this space.

- when i called we set an appointment for Wed at 9AM. I was there. No one at the office. Called the number on the door. Had to drive back into Sparks on Vista Dr to do paperwork and pay. Ehen drive back to Lockwood to set things up. It seems your call center is not in Sparks/Reno and the people have no clue what is going on here. Don't worry, everything is setup and seems to be working. Will contact you next wee for next month.
