- Move in day was smooth and very quick, unit was clean and ready, office person was nice and processed everything in just a few minutes so I was pleasantly surprised. My only negative is very minor but something that I believe could be taken care of very easily…at the entrance door to the building where my interior unit is located, the threshold is a jagged step-up that is difficult to get their carts over and caused upsets that dumped cargo. Even with a lighter load this obstacle still required some muscle to get over and just a small piece of wood, a little more cement work, or some plastic over this transition would make a world of difference! Also be aware the area may look flat and level but their carts have no brakes and will run away from you very quickly too. Nothing at all that should discourage anyone but if this info helps someone else avoid scraping their car or dropping a heavy load of stuff, then it was worth mentioning.

- We chose this property for location and price. The facility is clean. We felt safe due to the individual coded gate. The gate shuts behind you for added security. Cooper was particularly helpful. He told us about a special promotion, which we really appreciated and he was also very friendly. The special promotion that he told about saved us money and who doesn't want to save money! A lot of places will not tell you about a special promotion or take the time to be friendly. We will definitely use Public Storage again. Thanks Cooper for a great experience!
