- Storage size wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t what I requested I know because I measured. Move out after a month. Storage wall inside the unit was pull down as is someone was trying to breaking into the storage. Emailed the manager with pictures never go a reply. But read the email and put in the notes that I was moving out the unit, I call customer service to confirm or notify Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving out and they told me it was noted in my account.

- Everyone has a different experience when it comes to storage and interacting with the staff. I can easily state that my experiences with this staff, especially Miss Sun and Mr Santos, for the past several years has been exceptional. They are friendly, funny, and always professional. I feel that my things are protected and the monitoring system allows me the freedom to not worry about anything. One comment, I do hope that for seniors and long term renters there will be a discount off the rental price. Since I came to PS my rent has over-doubled itself. I great marketing campaign would be to introduce this discount concept for seniors and long-term renters... it could be major incentive for the audience to consider using PS more often. Thank you Public Storage for taking the time and effort to interview, hire, and train the employees that represent your company so very well.
