- The manager was super friendly and walked me through everything. He explained everything to me before I signed the contract as well as the policies. He then showed me to my storage unit and showed me how to get there, open it and make sure it's locked. He was extremely nice the whole time and didn't make me feel like I was being a pain. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. The place is clean and very nice. I am happy!

- I am quite happy with being able to have somewhere to keep my household belongings while I find a new place to live. I'm grateful for the protected, climate controlled spaces. The staff is friendly, especially Fatuma. She's always cheerful and smiling. Have met Adam who is also helpful and nice. My one regret is that, at this property, people use the back entrance as a dump. It is difficult to load storage items on the provided carts because there is so much dumped furniture, boxes of paper refuse, that it is impossible to get close to the curb. There are no signs saying no dumping and no monitoring of this back entrance. I've seen dumped stuff cleared once, but it continues to be a community dump. Sad, really, that a few would ruin it for the rest of us....
