- As the employee put it, they are not a Public Storage or bigger name facility, so you don't get what you would get from the bigger names. You do get five free boxes and tape. You don't have to purchase a lock. You do get to use their truck if you are using it for check in, but you will have to pay $46.99 plus $1 per mile for use when moving out. You must give them a 10 day notice to move out. The unit, a 5x10, was clean and easily accessible since it is near the door. The grounds are clean. I had no choice but to use them because they open early. Had I had another choice, I would have used another company in a heartbeat. If you want an interior unit, your access times are limited to their hours, even though they have top security.

- I always have to sweep out my unit because a lot of leaves get washed under the garage door. I am located in a unit in the row closest to route 73. The place has had its security gate crashed into more than a couple of times, which is not Public Storage's fault, but it took forever for them to fix it each time. I hated driving by and seeing the broken gate wide open for weeks. Also, I was in a nice unit for years (I pay a year in advance) and was trying to get a discount. The only way they would agree to a discount was for me to move my entire unit to another unit. Very frustrating.

- I arrived at the facility in a 32' RV at approximately 2:45 PM and no one was in the office to let me in. There was no sign on the door. At this point I was blocking the entrance to the facility and someone behind me wanted to get in. At the risk of causing damage to my TV and the other vehicle I carefully backed up to let them pass. I then followed the other vehicle inside the premises. I continued to wait fretting over the fact that my Uber driver would be arriving at any time. I called the office and left a message. I then called the 888 number and asked for help but they could not assist me. I was prepared to leave the facility as soon as another vehicle left and finally, at around 3:20 someone showed up and said that he was at lunch. AT 3:00PM????? The paperwork took much longer than expected and I had to pay the Uber driver to wait for me. You really should send out the paperwork ahead of time via e-mail and let us know when the office will be vacant. Surprised that no one is on the premises during business hours. Very aggravating experience!
