- My experience was okay. I was little disappointed in how storage insurance was handled. I was told that it was mandatory in order to rent a unit. Only to discover in reading the contract it was not. I understood the associates position that as a policy public storage recommendes insurance but it was not required for rental. I think that could be misleading to some people and can appear predatory. Lastly, just as important in my opinion there were no carts to use for the inside unit. I would have gladly rented a cart to save the time of carrying everything into my unit.

- The inital experiance was good. However the night time rep on 6/15/18 is hartless. He completely screwed me. I needed late access because I am working durring the day and trying to move my entire house from 5 onwards. He refussed to grant me access even though the lady at the front desk told me if it was an emergency they could get me a tempory code. I might miss work because of this clown. Absolutly a terrible experience. I even offered to pay the 15 $ for the late accrss and he still would not grant it.
