- I came in the day of after reserving online. Max in the office is fantastic; he took me to see the unit, I determined it was too small, and we found another one. I was able to match the deal I had found online by showing that offer. The process was super easy, having 24 hour access is a big must for me, and the office has good hours. The unit is quite simple, not temp controlled, so just be aware of what your needs are. For me it's fine.

- I have a 5x5 climate controlled space; adequate for my needs but the light does not work. Light bulb has been changed but it still does not work thus an electrical issue. Mgmt was aware of this when I moved but has yet to fix it or give me any idea when it will be fixed. It's dark in the space and would be helpful to have a light, and to get a better answer from mgmt when it will be fixed. Otherwise friendly staff and mgmt and nice area.
