And since at my age, 88, I needed help moving additional items to storage she offered to help and send someone to take my additional items. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that as it was difficult for me. She sent her delightful daughter who took everything to storage for me and was extremely helpful and made me feel so cared for. - I have stored my RV at this facility before and had no problems at all. Safe, good location, friendly staff. Also, the price stayed the same. I decided to store my RV here again, and I am very irritated at the new bait-and-switch pricing. When I reserved online, the stated rate was $53 a month. When I moved my RV in and officially did all the paperwork at the office, I was informed that my rate of $53 a month would be for 3 months, then it can double randomly. That is not a good business practice. If they did not do this sketchy bait and switch pricing, this place would have 5 stars.
