- Reserved online. Immediately got a call to schedule check in appointment. Check in was quick enough. There wa s a tiny bit of dirt or leaves that were on the floor inside left from prior renter. The onsite manager cleaned it out herself and it was clean and ready by the time I returned with my stuff that day. I moved from a Public Storage in NC to one in Richmond. Best prices and easiest reservation. I will co to us to use them and recommend them
