- We stored my dad’s stuff here after he died in March in hopes of keeping it safe in a temperature controlled unit until we were ready. We went today to pick up his items up and they were standing in water. They didn’t care at all. Said it wasn’t their problem… it wasn’t their problem that their units had flooded. The least they could have done was call the people whose units were impacted and let them know that area had flooded. But again they didn’t care because it wasn’t their problem. The hallway to all the units had water in it, as well, so they knew the units were flooded. All my dad’s stuff ruined. Antique furniture. New furniture. Mattresses. Everything. They don’t even care to warn the other unit holders that their stuff might also be ruined. It was quite clear that the water had been in there awhile. Everything was molded and disgusting. Do not store your stuff here. They also told my mom they were going to keep charging her for the wet unit until she could get all the stuff out and to the dump. “Climate control does not include water standing 2-3 inches deep at Gluckstadt storage. Beware! Water leaks in there! They don’t care!“

- There's no A/C working inside the building. The thermostat on the wall says it was 80 degrees inside the building and it felt like it was. I thought this was supposed to be climate control w/Air conditioning. I stated to the guy that was on duty that they need to turn the A/C on or lower the temperature because it's hot in the building. He just looked at me and didn't bothered to do anything. Overall, my storage unit is good and it was clean. I like that my unit has a light in it.
