- If ANYONE has a college student that needs storage space til next semester, anyone that needs storage space for those things you don't need at home any more and you are within 50 miles of this facility it is MORE than worth the trip. OMG!! I have not seen customer service on this level since I was in the business. Ruth is beyond exceptional in service and information. She was exceptionally helpful in giving me information on the storage unit size, discounts, access and directions to the facility. I JUST LOVE RUTH!! She knows the Chicago area and the food. I have a very special treat for her when we go back in August.
