- Mid January I reserved a 10 x 10 unit at the Champlin facility understanding that with the 25% discount I would be paying about $58.00 for the first 3 months. It turns out I was required to pay $67.00 instead (after the 25% deal). I paid up front the first 3 months but, in all honesty, cannot recommend this to anyone at this point. I suspected the individual helping me (Danny), a non-management/floater individual was a little confused too. After going back into seeing what was available online, a $77.00 10 X 10 space was in fact available. This looks like a process formally referred to as a "bait and switch" operation. It would be nice to talk to a manager about why this is happening. I am a repeat customer and currently rent 2 other 5 x 5 spaces. Very disappointed in Acorn at this point. The whole point of making the reservation was to lock in the advertised price.

- I have been very pleased with this Public Storage facility in Plymouth, MN? and the helpfulness of the staff. Wes, in particular, has been very helpful whenever we've had a question, concern, or problem that needed to be solved. The facility is very clean, and top notch. We get frustrated with the corporate office's relentless price increases, which are well above inflation (almost 10% this year) and no improvement in facility, but the local staff do the best they can to help out where price savings can be found.

- I checked around quite a bit and this Coon Rapids location seemed to be a good option. It quickly turned into a no Brainer BEST option. It got to the point I was purposely going back and forth of unit size and box/tape packages just for the fun of messing with her but Taquilla just wouldn't be stumped. She was ON IT. I've been in the highest of high stress sales for 25 years. This young lady was a pleasure.

The bathroom doors have always been locked. b. The carts also are always locked. c. As of this date I am still unsure as to what my monthly storage fees will be.
