- I rented a unit this week and the experience had a couple of hiccups but I’m happy with it. The biggest thing I was frustrated with is there’s no rhyme or reason to how the units are numbered. They are all over the map. I drove around for 10 minutes before I found mine. But it is a great value for a small unit and I am happy it’s the location of the unit.

- It tools days of trying to reach the company by phone just to confirm my registration. I finally showed up on the day of my scheduled move in to discover there was no office and just a phone number on the sign. Luckily someone finally answered the phone on my move in date and I was able to get into my storage locker. I wish I remembered his name that Saturday (June 3rd) as he was really helpful. Just a shame no one ever returned my calls after the voicemails I left.
