- Mother in laws house was lost by husband after she left us to become one of God's angels so we didn't want anything of hers that was left to go to trash or anyone that didn't care to keep it for she worked all her life and always did for herself and everyone around her she left us to early she was a blessing to all around and she deserved what she was always giving to someone else especially the children in her life I her daughter in law and her one of her sons gave her her first grandchild a baby boy in March 5 months before she passed and her first grand daughter was born a month after she passed never meeting her grandmother which would of been amazing cus she sure would've spoiled them but she's watching over them instead we dearly miss her and love her always but anyways that's our story thank you for helping us . - Nothing but trouble at this location. Rented a smaller unit, the locking mechanisms are inferior and jam up easy, and don't lock properly sometimes. My unit was broken into along with 6 others. Because my locking mechanism didn't allow it to be locked properly, I wasn't able to make an insurance claim. Alot of my belongings got ruined , 7 trash bags. Sierra, the rudest storage unit manager ever just informed me that I'm not allowed to put the 7 trash bags of my ruined property in their dumpster. She told me I have to dispose of them.l, suggesting that I throw them away at neighboring businesses wich is illegal.I currently have no vehicle. Its been a nightmare. Cube Smart is happy to take me along with many others who had enough with S.R.O.A.
