The lady I spoke with was very prompt in returning my phone call and had lots of information to give about using the unit, codes, going over the options to do paperwork in office or online and answered all the silly questions I had! ( I've never rented a storage unit before and she made me feel confident in my purchase as well as giving relief that she wasn't annoyed with my lack of knowledge.My only nit pick would be, is I wish that you could access the units 24/7, but that's just a preference. the mon-sun 5am-11pm and on holidays is very generous.
