- Drove an hour to sign the documents for the RV parking space arriving at 4:30pm, nobody was there and they supposedly close at 6pm. Called multiple times with no result. Wasting 3 hours. The next day I got a hold of someone and was to take care of everything over the phone. Took the RV the next day to store it. On arrival, the space number I was assigned to was taken by someone else. I called again and they said they would call me back. I explained I had to leave the trailer that day. I did not have the time nor the patience so I parked the RV in a empty space and left. Two days later I got a call telling me I needed to move the RV because the open space I was in was taken. They gave me another spot that was virtually impossible to park a 30ft trailer in due to the extremely pour set up and management of parked vehicles. Parking to far out into the drive lane, oversized vehicles in small spaces, etc. 2 more days have pasted and I still have not been given a usable space for my trailer... Zero management of this lot.

- I was a little disappointed at first, I arrived Monday morning around 9:20am to find no one was there. I left then came back & still no one there around 9:40. Someone arrived around 9:40 & said about 10 min. I didn't go in until around 10:15. However, the gentleman did take care of me. I wasn't aware of the insurance fees & how often to be paid. What I thought was around $80 ended up to be $122. The gentleman then showed me the unit, perfect size рџ‘Ќ, however it is actually too high for me to access. I returned on Tues night to move in only to find a lock on my unit. Instructions indicated my code should unlock the unit, it didn't & I called the office, only to get a recording. I then called customer service & I was happy to get the correct code. Thanks for 1800 Cube Smart. The temporary lock was left in the door opening @ the office.

- No regard for renter's property. The concrete floors were upgraded by grinding and resurfacing. The unit was not protected so the water and dust from the process seeped underneath and collected on EVERYTHING inside the unit and totally destroyed a box containing special wall pictures and portraits. Thank goodness they were wrapped in bubble wrap inside that box and protected from the dust and water! No notice was given of impending work nor once it was complete... Nothing! Buildings are old and you can see where trash is simply thrown over the fence surrounding the property. #Neveragain! Since my post, management has reached out to discuss issues and was very apologetic for the problem. It was suggested I file an insurance claim (since the unit was insured) but portraits and pictures are an "exception" and are not covered. I'll do more research next time! Thank you PS for the resolution.

- I needed a LARGE STORAGE LOCKER IMMEDIATELY, because my two BR apartment at SKYLINE TOWERS had flooded. Plumbers and air dyers were throughout my unit. I needed to salvage everything that wasn’t damaged. My apartment was 1400 square feet. I described my urgency to Mr. Minor, and he spent precious time with me, a 76 year old Senior who lives alone.
