- This is my second unit at this location and thus far I have never seen any sign of rodents and nothing but cleanliness on every floor everytime i enter. I appreciate this because a have an OCD disorder and I am coming from a Cube smart unit and not only is store front custo.er service bad the 1800 line is no better. As well as the up keep of the entire store and the rodents and bugs are crazy its scary and nasty. i had to air out everything thing i owned before even placing it on the moving truck. Now i am satisfied
