- hopefully there dealing won't be as bad as mine I moved in 368 2 nights ago open door there were boxes amd chairs still there no lock was left it a internal lock so couldn't buy on has to he provided .. so my storage unit has been unlocked leaving my belongings to be taken by anybody looked around today and there's no cameras for if somebody tried to get in it to see who did it been trying to call the manager since Saturday nothing emailed called customer service let them know they told me they was not in the state they could not help me they'd have somebody call me Monday.. I had no choice but move my stuff to storage so have been a nervous wreck I'm going to show up and all my things will be gone .. I feel at least they answer back to an email somebody showing up and giving me a lock I do not understand why my lock was not left in the unit it said my unit was ready to move in done since all of my paperwork in my insurance everything was paid all the way up ready to move in no lock .. I was at prime storage Taylorsville road with my fiance Robert Elder III The manager was Ben for over a year no problems whatsoever customer service great cleanliness good Loved it out there just had to move closer to home.. chose prime again hoping that it would be the same experience I had before and it's a nightmare...

- I made a reservation several weeks in advance, needing to change it a couple of times, but when I arrived at the facility, no reservation xould be found. Also, there was absolutely NO ONE on-site who could help. So, I had to get a smaller unit on the 4th floor, using a small, cranky elevator. Had I known this, I would not have used this facility!!

- As I got to the place, I couldn't find 68-68 si U called and talked with 3 people the first two talked to me but got cut off , I waited for awhile but they didn't call me back to help me? That's not Professional! Then I called the third One, he stayed on the line with me I had explained that there wasn't a door lock on 69 it had been pull off are how ever ! So he put me at another ont 274 got there it was dirty with bottles papers etc. He heard me kicking them out, so we got that one locked in!
