- I would like to compliment the staff of the facility I used for assisting me in every way to insure I was happy with the rental process. This facility met our needs and was available immediately. I do think the storage rental is high and would not consider long term at the rate I am paying. Of course having to pay additional fees for insurance as a condition of the rental agreement is ludicrous. I guess gouging customers for every dime is common place among this industry.
