- I would recommend this storage facility as I had no waiting, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, the facility was also clean. I honestly have no complaints except one, I rented 2 units, one was perfect and the other has a large step up into the unit, that makes it difficult to move larger items up into and if you forget about it you will trip and maybe fall. But I noticed a lot of the other units are not like that, so it was one of the very few units like that.
