- I was having a very bad time, had to get all of my things and put them in storage. They provided a lock that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit the latch on the storage space. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving my things out in days and taking them elsewhere because when I realized the lock didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit , I went to a closed office. Nobody answered the phone, and I put in a online complaint through the app and nobody got back to me. I had to leave my things in the facility unsecured, had to take a trip to Walgreens and buy a lock I shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have had to buy to begin with. To pay over a hundred dollars for such an experience was beyond me. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m big on customer service and apparently this facility isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t.itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not even the money, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the principle, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be moving my things out tomorrow, only days into them being there. Even if it comes at a loss, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll go somewhere, where Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m valued as a customer.

- Cheryl, the property manager, was wonderful. Her calm, professional manner and her thoughtful attitude turned what could have been a disaster into merely an inconvenience. She did a great job of handling a system malfunction that she could not control. However, I would suggest that the company make provisions for calamities such as the one that occurred, where the entire Public Storage computer system went haywire and no transactions could be completed. Provisions that allow staff to complete transactions with paperwork that can be entered into the system at a later time and then be destroyed by shredding so not to leave paper copies on the premises. If it were not for Cheryl's considerate actions this move would have cost me hundreds of dollars more than I expected to pay. I don't know what I would have done...Thanks so much Cheryl!
