- This is my second time renting from E.S. and I have never had an issue except for a bent latch which they handled immediately with above and beyond service. They were not only quick and kind, they didn't ask me to wait for the latch to be fixed and instead they moved my unit. I also appreciate how they provide a lock and even cut down the thick plastic on the lock package, knowing a customer may not have scissors with them. I highly recommend!!
