- My first experience got off to a wonderful start until I went to the office to get my unit. The person working wasn't there and had to take 2 hours to resolve my issue. I spoke to 2 different woman on the phone and they were a tremendous help! Long story short was able to get my unit after a lengthy wait. Clean unit and nice environment overall. The missing agent in the office just overshadowed the whole experience. Just thankful I was able to get my belongings somewhere safe.
