- I was in need of a small storage unit to aid in a move from one town to the other. I reserved the unit online for that I thought was the next day but actually reserved it for the same day. I received a call from a worker and I apologized for the mix up. I told her I was leaving a bad situation and she offered to give me a discount due to my situation. She then went over everything on the phone processed my payment and sent over the paperwork all within 20 minutes. I appreciated the quick service as I had to be discrete and appreciated he kindness even more. The only down fall is the units are not 24/7 accessible which causes some issue trying to get my things moved after work which is the only time i can safely do so. Otherwise it's a great place to store your things.

- My first experience got off to a wonderful start until I went to the office to get my unit. The person working wasn't there and had to take 2 hours to resolve my issue. I spoke to 2 different woman on the phone and they were a tremendous help! Long story short was able to get my unit after a lengthy wait. Clean unit and nice environment overall. The missing agent in the office just overshadowed the whole experience. Just thankful I was able to get my belongings somewhere safe.
