- Kayla, the gal I met with to finalize my unit, was awesome! Super friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. My only issues with this facility are with the building/design itself. The lighting is very poor in parts of the 2nd floor, and units have very little light filtering in from the aisle lights. Low clearance and obstacles like vertical i-beams inside some units take space away.

- This Storage is located inside the former K-Mart. It is very secure: no one is going to access your unit unless they first get past a very good front security into the main building. I made my reservation online. Then, over the phone with a very helpful woman who called me shortly after I made the reservation. There was a docusign, I was emailed a map, and had my door code. On the day I checked in, it was lunch tome for the onsite people, but no issues since I had been told the lock I had purchased would be inside my unit. And it was there. Best of all, she gave me the email to send my homeownerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s insurance so I will not be charged for that. Overall theeasiest, fastest and best signup and move in experience ever!
