- The only part I didn't care for was when I called to reserve a unit I was unaware at first that I was speaking with someone in Minnesota or Missouri, and I'm in Des Moines Iowa, so there were misunderstandings regarding the process, although in the end everything worked out ok. Deanna is down to earth and knows the business well, and cares about you having a good experience. I feel my belongings are safe and secure. I would definitely rent a unit again and recommend others to do so.

- I would not recommend this facility to anybody for any type of storage needs the maintenance there is basically non-existent their rates increase every month without any reason or explanations and most recently I I've got a unit online was moving my stuff in hadn't even moved in yet completely in 3 days and I received an eviction notice and now they won't give me my money back huge inconvenience and wasted my time in life.. Will be filing a lawsuit
