- I visited this facility a month ago and was told the availability and price for a 10X15 unit would be highly likely still available. I called today from my car after searching, “Midgard Viera”. Called the number which had the correct area code for Viera. Got a customer service rep who proceeded to tell me they had no availability for a 10X15. I explained that I was told otherwise and asked if I was speaking to the Viera location. They shared I was not and provided that number. Upon calling there I ran into the worst representative of Midgard that likely exists. I explained how I had called the number listed and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for calling the wrong number and that they did have availability for a 10X15. I pointed out that there was a disconnect between what their call center shared and what she just told me. She asked me why I was being so difficult. So I shook that off because I liked the look of the facility and provided when I needed the unit. She then shared a price that was $70 a month above what I was quoted a month ago. From $200 - $270 a month! I asked how the price went up over 30% in one month. I suggested they be customer centric and charge me the price that was originally quoted. She said she was done with the conversation and hung up on me. I would’ve been a customer of theirs for easily 3 years. At this point wouldn’t store our belongs there for free. MIDGARD. If that was a store Manager, fire her! If a franchise owner, suggest you rethink who you associate with! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
