- I called other places close by with no availability. This place is tucked away off the main street. I found it via the internet and wow what a nice surprise! I spoke with staff at both the upper organization level as well as the local level. All staff I spoke and interacted with were both knowledgable and very polite. Making my reservation online was easy and accurate. I didn't have to pay ahead to hold my reservation several days ahead of time. Joseph at the local location is great! When we spoke on the phone he made sure I understood exactly what was available and what wasn't. No surprises when I arrived! When I arrived, he showed me the exact unit I would be renting BEFORE I paid. The longest part was the paperwork but that is because he explained all policies. I appreciate their adherence to the policies as that makes it a clean safe facility. By renting 2 months right away I took advantage of their special 2 months at half price( a one time service fee). 2 months inside a climate controlled, locked fenced unit for < $80. A great price compared to the other $120/month places that had no availability.

- Hassle free move in, friendly staff, my only complaint is the storage agreement has you waive pretty much all your rights away including holding the facility responsible for negligence while requiring insurance. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not really storing anything of real value to me so the discounted rate was well worth the trade off.

- I rented online before arriving to the area. Upon arrival, access codes did not work, unit was dirty (I had to sweep it out), and the unit was NOT climate controlled. Spend nearly 3-hours total time trying to get a property unit and one nearly next to it was offered (same situation), AND the lock code for the unit was incorrect anyway. Had to nearly yell at customer service (who I could only communicate with via text as no one would answer the phone or return calls), and ended up having to take the originally offered unit as my shipment arrived before I could secure a true climate controlled unit. I'll be suing the company for time AND damages should any of my goods be damaged.
