We went there just to check it out and were immediately impressed with the people, their procedures for safety and the tour of the facility that led to our locker. Security key pads and security cameras were available and functioning. The manager, Lorraine, was very professional and helpful. She was efficient and provided excellent customer courtesy. Because of Lorraine, we would definitely return to this Public Storage facility for our future storage needs.

- The customer service was excellent. I have no complaint with that. My problem is that Public Storage advertises on a very large sign in front of the building that there is only a $1.00 charge for the first month but that is only on certain units. There is also an ad online of $15. off "selected" units. Of course, mine was not a selected unit. The charge was quoted on the phone as $60. plus a one time administrative fee of $22. but they do not mention that you have to also purchase insurance when you get there and that charge is monthly. I do not like this way of doing business, hiding charges until you are already invested in securing a unit. I got the unit because there weren't many others in my community but I have a bad taste in my mouth.
