- I called other places close by with no availability. This place is tucked away off the main street. I found it via the internet and wow what a nice surprise! I spoke with staff at both the upper organization level as well as the local level. All staff I spoke and interacted with were both knowledgable and very polite. Making my reservation online was easy and accurate. I didn't have to pay ahead to hold my reservation several days ahead of time. Joseph at the local location is great! When we spoke on the phone he made sure I understood exactly what was available and what wasn't. No surprises when I arrived! When I arrived, he showed me the exact unit I would be renting BEFORE I paid. The longest part was the paperwork but that is because he explained all policies. I appreciate their adherence to the policies as that makes it a clean safe facility. By renting 2 months right away I took advantage of their special 2 months at half price( a one time service fee). 2 months inside a climate controlled, locked fenced unit for < $80. A great price compared to the other $120/month places that had no availability.

- Bill Lynch was fantastic! He was super helpful, nice and funny AF. He made a tiring day of unloading, loading, and unloading much better. That guy deserves a raise, for real. Oh and the facility is nice. The AC is a big plus and the units are clean.

- The service was great but we wished that the site was more descriptive on the free truck rental. There are so many taxes and fees you are basically paying for the truck rental plus a deposit. Other than that the place is great.

- The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. The facility needs some refurbishing. One exit gate has been not working for several days now. There should be a hand truck in every doorway access to the climate controlled sections. Instead there is only one for the building my storage unit is in--meaning only one for more than a hundred units. Today the one in my building was in use, so I had to find one in a building at the far end of the facility from mine and then push it across the outside pavement back to the building where my unit is. Pretty lame. Only one or two of the access and interior doors has a working door-stop attached to it. As soon as I can find a fully functional facility in the area I will be moving my stuff from Public Storage to a competitor.
