- Easy to reserve and process documents online. Received all my info via email. easy and simple to refer to when need it. The Online advertisement stated that was a Drive up unit. Ours is actually located inside a small hallway. So not a true Drive up. Could have been an issue if had bulky furniture but at this point we are only storing boxes. We had an issue to figure out to open the door of the storage unit. I called the office and got a Call center. Worse customer services, the staff member was not listening to my issue and request. I finally walked in to the office, and got some help from Kay, who was very professional and friendly. She saves the day!

- I have been paying monthly for approximately 2 1/2 years for a small aid conditioned unit to store important documents and personal items at Midgard storage located at 10810 Internet Place, Bradenton, Fl. 34211. On Nov. 3, 2021 I opened my unit to retrieve folding chairs. I noticed that there was water on the floor and that a number of the boxes had water stains. I went to the front office and the "manager" came to the unit and viewed the water problem. He said that he would call the air conditioning company (assuming that was the problem) and I would receive a phone call immediately thereafter. Nothing. On Nov. 12 I went back to the unit and saw that the water damage had spread throughout the unit although it appeared dry. I went to the office to see what had transpired and the lady had no clue and stated that the manager was not there. Great. I can only assume that numerous boxes are ruined and that contents are moldy as well as luggage stored in the unit. There appears to be no one in charge of this place.

- I was paying $130 a month for a 5x5 storage unit off Bee Ridge in Sarasota- thats crazy. Im not paying $155 for a 10x10 storage unit with Extra Space Storage and Im beyond happy with my that price, location and cleanliness of the facility. Highly recommend if you're in need of a unit in Parrish/Palmetto. I received my unit online and was able to hop over without any issues.

- Customer Service Staff Reviewed May 18, 2026 I left the Apollo Beach location because of Don! Wherever he is …. I’m going. Period! The level of Customer Service and Professionalism is incomparable. I just moved out of the Apollo Beach location; and so glad I did. Since the Sun City location is just up and running less than 2 months, there were no dollies to move my stuff to my storage area. So Don walked back and forth and tried to figure out a solution. “Give me a minute, Paulette, let me see what I can do”. HE HELPED ME MOVE MY STUFF TO THE ELEVATOR! Who does that nowadays? He then went back into the office and found me another unit on the first floor: considerate -SOLD!!!
