- I am happy with the cost for unit size and the look of the facility it feels very modern and sleek. The second floor area is quite confusing to navigate, I will have to memorize the location of my unit. Signs or markers would be very helpful in navigating the area. Also I am happy there are employees there on Saturday but having just one means you have to sit around and wait for a while if they get a phone call or tied up with a client.

- Property is kept very clean. The people that work there are friendly,kind,helpful and courteous. The only thing this facility is missing is a vending machine for water or some type of soft drinks. You tend to get thirsty being out there in the hot sun either moving your belongings into storage or looking for something to take out.

- New ownership and for past year, not as clean as previous. Trash left in the drive, dog poop and dog pee inside the building on multiple occasions. Cannot locate carts to move items or worse yet, get through the drive because cars and uhauls block the single loading/unloading area; especially on weekends. Most importantly, when I asked how often my rate will increase (during the last huge increase), I was lied to and my rate will increase again. What bother me is that I asked if I could pay a year in full at a discount and was told that no such offer exists and when I asked why my rate is increasing again, was informed that a discount is available to those that want to pre-pay one year.
