- On the first day I was supposed to move my things in, I couldn't even access the unit I had already paid for the day before because of a technical issue on their end (they gave me a non-working access code, and no one was on the property to let me in). This set me back considerably, as I had a bunch of items with me from another storage facility that needed to be unload that afternoon. Management is always taking off at random times throughout the day, so it is very often the case that you could show up during their regular business hours, and 7 times out of 10 the office is locked up, without a single representative to assist you; you'll have to call the facility hotline and hope that they can be of some service. The one good thing about this facility though is they had a nice 24-hour access bathroom, which most other facilities do not have. Other than that, you are better off skipping this place entirely. By the way, they will significantly raise their storage prices on you about every 2-3 months, so be prepared for that as well. As if all that isn't bad enough, this place also has roaches, mice, and plenty of wasps waiting for you right outside of your unit as you load/unload…oh what fun.

- I did a little search online and saw the great deal on a new storage building and decided to give it a chance. It's a very convenient spot for us. I was able to handle everything online in just a few minutes. Went the next day to check out the unit and the staff was amazing super helpful and the building was so clean and new. - The unit was dirty and we were told that they would sweep it out, when we showed up 2 hours later to move in our belongings, it still had not been cleaned, we had to do it ourselves. Ladies at the front desk are very slow and don't take care of the customers in front of them, we were there over an hour an half, just for paperwork, it was nonsense. Very frustrating

- The one thing I was not happy about, was the constant turnover of people we talked with each time we went to the storage facility. All of the employees we met were helpful but we continued to see a new face each time we went to put something else in our storage area.
