- The location is convenient and the online process was very simple to follow, although it was nice having the option to go into the office as well. The instructions received for accessing the unit and building info could have been a little more detailed with location of light switch, etc. as there is only one at the far entrance for the section my unit was in, which I found after exploring a little with a flashlight. After speaking with a site manager, I understand why there aren’t lights within the unit, but would be nice to have another overhead light for that corner of the hallway so it wasn’t in as much shadow. Otherwise, good sized unit for the price.

I was told that I would get 30% off for the first 3 months but after completing the in office registration process on 05/27/2025 I was only then informed that included the 4 days remaining in the month of May! Just so you know, for myself and most people when you say 3 months that means 90 days. So just by doing that to me it pretty much ruined my whole experience!
