She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which was obvious as she easily answered my long list of questions. She also gave me the special and showed me the perfect storage locker to hold all of my belongings. The facility is very clean, well lit, and under substantial surveillance. As Kim was ringing me out, there was a problem with the reservation entry only a few minutes before closing. Kim diligently resolved the issue without any complaints, graciously staying more than 15 minutes after closing to ensure everything was correct. - I called ahead to see what was available after checking online. I spoke to Joe, who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Joe explained what the sizing would look like, so I was able to judge the size of storage I would need. He held the size I chose so that I may go to the site to check it out before renting, which is awesome to do, by the way. I went to the site and met another incredibly helpful and knowledgeable employee, Shakira, who also goes by "Sam". She showed me all of the available storage sizes and I decided on one just a little different than the one I had on hold. I immediately leased the storage unit with Sam, which because of Joe, who did all of the important information online with me, made completing the paperwork with Sam a breeze! The prices for the sizes of the units are incomparable there and the place as a whole is exceptionally clean and safe. I had a wonderful experience at this site!
