- They have more advanced features than most storage facilities, such as using app on phone to unlock/open nearby gate/door/elevator. Only problem is, any time you want to get in the door to the building, it prioritizes the elevator, so you're standing at the door pressing "open" on your phone, and the inside elevator opens instead of the door to the building. So then you have to go enter the code on the box. Basically makes the quick-open feature of the app useless. Also, the loading area by the door is pretty tight--room for only 2 cars plus handicapped spot. And I know storage facilities can attract "interesting" people, but when I unloaded, there was a guy parked at the door entrance BLARING 70s music from his car while occupying one of the few carts and fixing a kite in his car. For like an hour. Like it hurt my ears every time I came to get a load from my car.

- Very Clean and new, no chance for pests to come in, but their security is waaaay overboard to an annoying degree. If you are in the elevator moving for not an exaggeration more than 15 seconds it will start to beep loudly. It takes a semi-long password to get into the front door and ANOTHER password entry to gain access to the elevator, they don't have any rollup doors for backing your car into and there are very limited ramps going from street level to the curb, you can only check out 1 single very small VERY SMALL cart for hauling things. Other than that the price for my particular unit was the cheapest I found in San Diego and cleanliness and staff were superb so overall worth it for me.
