- Buying a house in Sun City. Needed a storage for a couple months. I take care of my next door neighbor and we are moving to Sun City with our one year old puppy. I work full time, take care of our puppy and my next door neighbor and packing and looking for a storage unit and this place is just around the corner from where we are moving from. Price is very reasonable, the young lady was very helpful and friendly. The storage establishment is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a storage unit.

- Fortunately, there are new owners but there is only so much you can do. Previously there were actually homeless people living in some of the unoccupied units, I do not see any evidence of that anymore thankfully. but they cannot change the narrow space between buildings, making navigating the complex very difficult. the space dimensions are really not quite as big as advertised and the spaces are separated by plywood. There are other storage units close by that are more modern at the same and in some cases better pricing.

- I searched a few places nearby and the prices were more than Public Storage. They have a great deal right now. Connie was super helpful and asked me if I needed anything that would help such as a lock, moisture absorber, mattress bag, and insurance. I purchased all and came out on top. I would have forgotten some of these items had she not asked me. I highly recommend purchasing the moister absorber especially for AZ. I know you may be reading this to help in your search for storage units and sometimes there will be a review that will make you second guess doing business with Public Storage. Just know that there will always be someone who is going to leave a bad review due to a misunderstanding. Everything is explained up front which is why they ask you to come in person. I am very skeptical and will always ask questions. Don't sign anything if you are not sure about something. Simple! As a side note, the reservation contract begins the day you reserve a spot. Example, if you reserve on the 1st and won't move in until the 25th, your reservation and costs begin on the 1st when you make the initial reservation. They are upfront about this. We make it harder for ourselves when we don't understand. It's ok to ask questions. Almost forgot, they have an app you can use so you don't have to get out of your car to open the gate! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
