- I am not happy at all. Don't get me wrong... The property is clean, unit clean, manager was awesome BUT the informatio/Access hours provided to me by Sparefoot ARE SO WRONG & had I been provided the correct access hours, I would have never rented at this location. 100% disappointed. Sparefoot provided me with access hours till 9pm. This wasn't great but it was doable for my schedule. Well, got to storage at 615pm last weekend & denied access. Stupid me thinks I entered the wrong code in so I waste about 10 minutes trying over & over again. I finally give up thinking I did something wrong. As I sit in my car I look up at the gate & there is a huge sign stating access hours are 9am until 6pm. Same as office hours. I cannot express enough how this sucks really bad for me & my schedule. I called the office. Smoke with someone from the main customer service line. I was told the manager would call me back. No call. 2 days later I call several times but the manager wasn't available. I gave up calling and drive over there & there is a sign saying open but manager on property. I wait about 15 minutes & gave up. Came home. Called back several times in a row trying to reach the property office not the customer service center & then finally got the option to leave a message for the property manager so I did. This was 4 days ago. I still haven't heard back. I haven't had time to deal with it again but this is a bummer. My advice is if you use Sparefoot to rent a storage unit. Call the property directly 1st to verify the information they provide you so you don't lose out like me. I had rented a Uhaul truck & just can't afford to do it again to move my stuff somewhere with later access hours. Very disappointed. Beware & verify.

- Buying a house in Sun City. Needed a storage for a couple months. I take care of my next door neighbor and we are moving to Sun City with our one year old puppy. I work full time, take care of our puppy and my next door neighbor and packing and looking for a storage unit and this place is just around the corner from where we are moving from. Price is very reasonable, the young lady was very helpful and friendly. The storage establishment is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a storage unit.

However, I'm not too pleased with my unit reason being is that the insulation and etc I've not had a unit in so long I'm talking years that maybe its Phoenix AZ doing because of the heat but that mess is all over my belongings amd stained a suitcase of mines besides that I'm glad nothing else as bad as that. Oh yeah and please work with is people these lonv hallways and barely any exits signs or direction to exits please help us put a map up have little maps at the counter I'd got lost was walking around for twenty minutes in circles its a huge maze I'd almost fainted in that hot storage space.

- I rented a storage unit and on day 3 of my move, the manager of the unit had a problem with the fact that my dog barked at a fellow renter. Before my husband could get the unit secured he had called the police and trespassed both my husband and our dog. A few hours later after being forced to make the last leg of our move out of town with none of our belongings, I received an email from the manager terminating our rental agreement, “ for cause”. Since that day I have been denied access to my stufff even though the email said I had 3 business days to move my things out. I will never rent another storage shed nor will I trust in the process, this place is a joke.
