The rates I see on this website are half of what I'm paying now at the same location because they have continually hiked up my rates. Not fair to offer low rates to newcomers then start gauging you once you have your stuff there. It is a clean and nice facility and the woman in the office is super friendly. My complaint is against the greedy owners who continually and consistently hike up my rate.

- They helped us pick the exact trailer needed for carrying stuff to a wedding (5x8 WITH BARN DOORS) 6 weeks in advance. When we showed up to pick it up they did not have it in stock. Why are reservations even a thing if they are not going to have the trailer when we need it? On top of that, the man who went to see if they had what we reserved acted angry that we needed that specific type of trailer.

- First off Lorenzo was incredible he should train other employees how to interact with customers. I have never experienced a storage facility like this they have a business conference room that can be used by customers they have free Starbucks coffee hot cocoa bottled water cookies for the customers, there is music playing throughout the climate control storage units this place is clean, absolutely spotless. If you're looking for a place that's five notches Above the Rest this is the place!
