- I moved in two days ago. The facility is nice, the manager on-site was very helpful, price is reasonable, etc. My major complaint is the 24 hour emergency access number posted is not answered. I arrived at 9:25 (25 minutes passed access hours) with my life on a moving truck and was unable to access my unit. The manager had told me a day earlier that if I got there late, the number(s) posted on the gate and keypad post could be called to gain access in an emergency after hours. I tried both numbers for approximately 20 minutes before giving up. No one answered. This caused me to lose the movers I had paid and to have to pay new movers (nearly $200) the next day to unload my moving truck. I cannot recommend Life Storage for this reason.
