The two-person team was fantastic during the actual transfer. It was a pretty quick and simple process, and everyone was very calm throughout. The wardrobe was broken when we moved to the new address, but they assured me that it was covered by their insurance. I still haven't heard back. They ended up leaving a small scratch on the hard floor of my family room. The guys were nice, but I think they need to be more careful and pay attention to small details. | |
