- My initial review was positive as Tina was helpful in getting us into the storage unit. Over the winter our storage unit was unable to lock on both doors because of faulty door installation. In addition the main gate to the facility was broken and left wide-open for over a week. I was offered to move all of my belongings to another storage unit, but that was not an option. I had asked for a discount on my monthly fee because of my unsecure storage unit, and the company was unwilling to accommodate. They also do not plow snow in the winter making it almost impossible to access your unit, and in the spring the puddles are so deep you would need to wear mud boots to access the unit. It has been an extremely frustrating process for an expensive unit, that is unsecure. I will never rent from this company again.
