The local owner is very friendly and helpful and took the time to show me everything. He did not try to rush me, and made sure I understood everything. The building is fairly new, and the storage door is easy to open and close. I previously rented from this location when it was under different management. I also had a stellar experience when I rented here previously. Highly recommend this facility for climate-controlled storage.

- As this is a no contact facility, it was easy to figure things out without having to have someone showing me how to get access and get around to my unit. It is a security locked building and you have access to carts and an elevator to access the top floor. Rates are very competitive with other climate controled storage facilities.
