- On Google it states you guys are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, on your door it says the same thing, but there is a hand written note that says Thursdays you are closed. The day before(Wednesday) I showed up about 10-12 minutes before 6 and the lights were already out and doors were locked. So I decided to drive the 42 minutes back the next morning to see that you guys were closed (I didn't notice the hand written note) once I got into the gate I found that my unit didn't exist. Customer service was not aware that the units across the street were yours. There are no indicators which units are in which section, so I drive into two different gates to find my unit (also there is no driveway so your car is in the street while you have to get out and type in your password and wait for the gate to open). Once I found my unit and opened it there was a thin layer of dirt and some garbage left by the previous tenant.

- Front office help was very polite and courteous did the online reservation and application which did indeed make things go more smoothly. The only thing that I would question is by doing the online reservation when we did go to the office it was like we were doing the application all over again.

- While the facility it self does what I need it to, the gate code did nothing. If the gate wasn't propped open you couldn't get in. What's the point of ha ung an automatic gate if it isn't maintained. Other than this, it was clean and reasonably price. But I also thought I got my first month free. That didn't happen.

- Signing up for a storage unit was easy, secure and fast. The unit itself was clean, easily accessible and in excellent condition. In fact the whole facility was very well maintained. The phone and onsite staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the maintenance man onsite who was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. He offered us help for whatever we might need. Little did I know that I would need to take up his offer right away. I forgot to bring the key to open the lock on the truck! One call brought our new friend right away with bolt cutters to solve our problem, saving us hours and hours of time. Thank you SO much! He has our vote for employee of several months!
