My Husband and I had to rent a storage unit after being terminated form our previous job due to my illness at Watson & Taylor Self Storage (and knowing from experience how they actually feel about their employees and tenants) there was NO WAY I would ever rent from ANY of their locations. But Rita went above and beyond to assist us. As mentioned being a property manager at Watson & Taylor self storage I am very big on customer service and she is the same way. I thought I was the only one that believed my Family (tenants) deserved the best and treated them as family not just another paying customer.
