- I have rented a storqage unit from Midguard since June of 2021. I had a credit card on file to pay the monthy bill. The card was hacked and I had to get a new card. Midguard attempted to confiscate my unit without contacting me about payment. No Call or E-mail except to say We are taking your unit. They also charged me $25 for a lock that they claim I can't have even though I paid for it. When I try to contact them, I can't unless I go to the unit. No live person on duty. You get to talk to a Ipad.

- I actually reserved the space online. It was very easy. Price was one of the cheapest in the area while still being close to the house. Paperwork was electronic, quick and easy, facility is well kept, and easy to get in and out of. Only surprise was the mandatory insurance fee which is a minimum of 10 extra dollars. This should have been stated upfront. I would definitely recommend the place though.
