- Very clean facility. Whole process was fairly streamlined and quick. Only reason for just 4 stars is that the manager was quite pushy with extras that I didn't need: boxes, tape, packing material. Also, it wasn't completely clear why I had to buy a lock from them rather than use my gym lock. Manager said that it was required but I'm not so sure as I saw gym locks on other units.

- Unit was spotless at move-in, facility is clean, bright, and ease of access. I particularly like that everything is elevated a bit on the foundation slabs. Protects against potential flood damage in heavy rain (this *is* New England, after all)

- I ended up in a situation where I had to rapidly find a storage location for a vehicle. They were the first place I saw.So I pulled in talked to him, and within fifteen minutes, I was satisfied with what was being offered to me signed in to the system. And was showing how to use the app on my phone was given a brief tour of the facility including my storage unit and was moved in.Within that day, it was spectacular and the hours are wonderfully long, which works quite well with my nonstandard work life

- David and Kimberly were fantastic and very helpful to work with as I reserved and moved into my storage locker. The unit was clean and spacious and plenty of dollies are available for easy unloading/loading at multiple points around the building. Pricing is good. Overall excellent decision and would highly recommend!

- The entire month of September 2020 I couldnテ「竄ャ邃「t move anything from my unit because the elevator was broken. It is where I store ALL of my fall/ Halloween/ Christmas decor. It was very frustrating that I couldnテ「竄ャ邃「t get answers from anyone. The gates in and out of the facility are always broken. I never feel safe going there myself. There are always people lurking and sitting in their units. If there was another facility close to me I would definitely move.

- I just moved in, but so far so good, except that they forced me to buy a cylinder lock for the unit for $25, but i saw that most other untits had regular padlocks on most all units. They were super helpful to get me in the day I reserved the unit.

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in North Providence, Rhode Island is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout Rhode Island, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in North Providence, Rhode Island.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
