- The location is convenient for us and the price is reasonable. Was not initially told there was a $15 per month insurance fee, but the requirement is not unreasonable. When renting it was told a lock would be provided inside the unit. When I attempted to "move in" and found no lock I called Customer Service who stated there should be one there. It was the weekend, so perhaps that was the issue. Hopefully we can work out something in the future. After returning with my own lock, a 2ft square stain of an oily substance was found in the corner. I scraped up what I could, but will need to put some sand or something on it to dry it up before placing anything in that area.

- This facility is, sort of, brand new. They haven't been open too long; still smells brand new. It's location is quite convenient yet isolated on the far side of Dairyland Square. The covered carport is great! The staff: knowledge and very kind.
