- I am a self confessed hoarder. I finally pushed myself to organize just about everything in my house. I searched all around my area for something with easy access and of course fair rates. This was by far more than I expected. Rates are at least a third of what others were charging. Very easy accessible from the highway as well as extremely easy to enter/exit the building. I do feel there are plenty of security precautions put in place. I feel confident my items will be protected from any outside influences. The building is SUPER CLEAN!! Everything upon check-in was explained by the staff. I was shown my unit before any forms were signed which made me feel I made the right decision.

- A little perturbed that I drove 35 minutes to pay for my storage unit only to have the doors locked and nobody answering the phone. I eventually found another number on their website and called. It was a male who told me to call the previous number in which I had already called several times. So I hung up and tried this number yet again and of course no answer. I tried to call this gentleman back and I was sent to his vmail...so I texted him and informed him that had I not been desperate for a storage unit that I'd absolutely never use this company again. Of course he texted me right back and said he was sorry he was away and couldn't help me. About 20 minutes after I got a call from Kelly (the female) who informed me that she had to run to another business to deal with something. She said she's on her way back to the office. So yea that was my experience. I did go back and stayed with them but only because I am on a time constraint. To top it off, I had spoken to Kelly earlier in the day and told her I would be there close to 5i'clock and she had my number (I gave it to her then and also in one of my 10 other calls) so there was no reasonable not to receive a call from her before her other issues arose. Not a happy camper but it seems this is how businesses run today.
