- The Customer Service person was extremely rude, she even closed the gate doors on my help as we were driving in gates. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, keep asking same questions over again. Walked away from me as I was speaking, and even left the room without notifying me. All she was worried about was eating, and when the store closed. Because she wanted to leave. I'm stuck with this company for this month, but I will be looking for another storage place as well. Horrible horrible horrible. That's all I can honestly say.

When I called they didn’t want to speak with me, just with my son 4.They gave me a code on the phone to get in but didn’t tell me I needed again to get out. GO FIGURE! Now I have to stop by the office, with my son, to get a CODE. What I did wrong to deserve that.
